Great news! In the meantime, has anybody in the village had speed problems in the last month? In the mews we have all seen a reduction from 1.5mbps to less than 0.4mbps. Countless calls and investigations with Openreach have not yet resolved the issue.
Yes I can confirm we are getting .5 mob what a joke so it's not just you. Time to scream at open reach what a joke that's a drop of over half. Any ideas?

ReplyDeleteOpenreach engineers are scheduled to come on Wednesday after I've raised a third complaint with BT. I'll update you then.
